My healing Journey

It was not my plan to become a healer, in fact, a title that I often hesitated to claim. However, it was my deep yearning to find answers to my childhood pain and abusive marriage that opened me up to healing, healing from the wounds I knew and that I did not know. The path of healing may be uncomfortable because one needs to face the very things we are running away from pain, fears, frustrations and more.

So as much as I wanted to find a home and stability in life, I was moving across continents, exploring varied careers and resetting homes everywhere. While these changes were often unsettling, every change was opening me to a greater healing. After spending most of my adult life healing myself, today I find healing to be my entire life! Because I believe I have been fortunate to receive healing, explore several healing modalities, and meet amazing healers and teachers, now it calls me to share it with everyone!

How do I know I need healing?

If you are getting triggered by small incidents and erupt easily, if you often doubt yourself, your self worth, if you feel lack of joy and love in life, if you do not feel excited about your life, if you have an exaggerated reaction to any incident, if you are in search of your life’s purpose or to know who you are, then you may want to explore healing or engage in self work. You may want to look deeper into yourself to know the real reason behind these symptoms.

I am certified in teaching yoga and meditation and hold a doctorate in Education. I conduct individual and group healing sessions online and in-person. I also conduct retreats for deeper immersion to facilitate transformation. I hold high ethical standards, where your privacy and safety is of utmost importance. So, as you embark on this important healing and transformational journey, I hold space for you to walk the path. 

Personal Healing Sessions

In my healing session, you will work with several healing modalities such as intuitive healing, therapeutic writing, energy healing, yoga nidra and more. You remain at the centre of these sessions, choosing the pace and modality of healing. Through these sessions, you may find answers, release heavy emotions, feel at ease in your present context and have a greater connection with your inner self. 

Group Healing Sessions

Healing can be a demanding and lonely process. In group sessions you work with others on a similar journey, feeling deeply supported and nurtured. You share, heal and learn through each other’s presence in a diverse, inclusive, transformative and holistic space. You have the opportunity to experience collective healing, because when we heal ourselves, we also heal those around us! 

The Framework

Your Blueprint to Holistic & Active Healing

We all heal differently, however, the process may largely be similar. Here is a framework that presents a comprehensive guide to understanding the process of healing as experienced by me through my personal healing and working with others on this journey. You may begin healing because of a specific trigger or traumatic incident, but through the process, you may realize there are other issues to work on so that you can heal from within, and reconnect to yourself.

  1. Deep realization of our interconnectedness, role of a supportive community in healing.

  1. Reclaiming power, agency, union with “self.”
