Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a very ancient and powerful meditation. It allows us to experience a deeper state of meditation while we are lying in savanna/corpse pose. We are in a state between sleep and being awake. This practice has been extremely therapeutic for me over the last 10+ years. I hold weekly yoga nidra classes but I felt a need to share it here for everyone to use it when they want. Practice it whenever you like, however many times you want. Just do not be full belly before the practice or engage in driving / high-intensity work immediately after the practice. Enjoy this practice and find your own connection with this!

Healing through Self Love - 2

In this session you go deeper into your journey of self love. You get a glimpse into how your words, actions and behaviors may keep you away from loving yourself. The deep healing session will allow you to release old patterns and become receptive to self love. You will become aware of the subtle nature of energies, and how to protect your own energetic space and keep yourself in the vibration of love.

Embrace your loneliness

Irrespective of the age, gender, education qualification, work or where they live. It haunts many on a daily basis. Whatever your reason to be lonely, it is possible to embrace your loneliness. Because loneliness can be the solitude we need to fall in love with ourselves. In this healing session, you will release the pain and fear associated with loneliness and find a deeper connection with yourself. Because only when you accept the present context you will stop running away from your loneliness. Instead, find ways to live peacefully (and joyfully) in your current context.

We all seek love and when we connect with this love from within, we experience something powerful, fulfilling and nurturing. This guided meditation will allow you to relax, connect with your higher self, remove certain energetic blocks and allow you to experience love! Anyone can do this meditation, you do not need any prior experience of meditation, all you need is to find a quiet place to relax. Background music is set to 528Hz.
